Job Description
Shanthi Con & Eng Pte. Ltd. is seeking a responsible, hands-on Site Supervisor to manage daily civil engineering and road construction site operations. The successful candidate will coordinate workflows, manage on-site logistics, and closely supervise sub-contractors to deliver projects safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Coordination: Assist the Project Manager and Engineers in the daily operational execution of civil infrastructure and road works.
- Workforce Supervision: Deploy, monitor, and lead in-house workers and structural sub-contractors on-site.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct technical and material checks to ensure works strictly adhere to construction drawings and LTA specifications.
- Safety Management: Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and EHS practices at all times; lead daily tool-box meetings and manage site hazards.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain daily site work records, track project milestones, and submit accurate data for progress billing
