Site Supervisor

Job Description

1. Site Management

• Supervise day-to-day renovation activities at assigned sites (HDB / Condo / Commercial)
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and schedule
• Manage and coordinate direct workers, subcontractors and suppliers

2. Quality & Progress Control

• Monitor workmanship and quality of work
• Conduct site measurements, marking and inspections
• Ensure projects complete on time and handover without defects
• Prepare daily site progress report and update Project Manager

3. Safety & Compliance

• Enforce workplace safety (WHS) and housekeeping at site
• Ensure compliance with HDB / Condo / MCST renovation rules and permit
• Report any safety incidents or non-compliance

4. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with clients, interior designers, and main contractor
• Coordinate material delivery and ensure sufficient materials on site
• Attend site meetings and resolve on-site issues

5. Others

• Assist in material requisition and inventory check
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
