Site Supervisor
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors to maintain smooth site operations.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure activities are completed according to the project schedule.
- Monitor concrete works, including preparation, placement, vibration, finishing, curing, and associated activities.
- Ensure proper arrangement and safe operation of construction equipment, including concrete pumps, tippers, lifting equipment, and other site machinery.
- Monitor manpower productivity and allocate resources according to work requirements.
- Identify site constraints, delays, and potential construction issues and report them to the Project Engineer/Site Manager.
- Ensure all workers understand the work sequence, safety requirements, and relevant method statements before commencing activities.
