Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction operations to maintain compliance with safety standards.
• Organize and assign tasks among construction teams and subcontractors.
• Evaluate work quality and progress, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project milestones, materials usage, and costs.
• Address and resolve any on-site challenges or conflicts promptly.
• Foster clear communication with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Perform any other duties as required to support project success and completion.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years working experience in Construction industry
• 3 to 5 years of experience in steel works
• Meticulous, analytical and a good team player
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
