Site Supervisor - Technical Officer

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Site Supervisor
Diploma from Polytechnic / WSH Coordinator / Advanced Certificate in WSH or other relevant qualification preferred
BCSS (Building Construction Supervisors Safety) Certificate – Mandatory
Changi Airport / Airside working experience preferred
Familiar with statutory requirements, site supervision, quality control, construction administration and progress reporting
Good verbal and written communication skills
Able to maintain proper site records and progress documentation
Proactive in resolving site issues and able to work effectively as part of a team
Must be willing to perform shift work
Must be able to pass the required security screening and be eligible for a Airside Pass

Provide site supervision for Civil & Structural works
Supervise site survey, lifting, utility detection and excavation works
Monitor construction quality, safety and compliance
Check permits-to-work and report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and non-compliances
Maintain proper site records, photographs and progress documentation
Coordinate with contractors and relevant project stakeholders
Attend day/night works and urgent site activities when required

Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
