Job Description

Arbeit Group is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor (Telecom) to oversee telecom site activities and field teams for our deployment projects in Luzon.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily telecom site activities and field teams.

• Ensure telecom installation and commissioning activities are completed in accordance with Ericsson standards and project requirements.

• Monitor project progress, work quality, and safety compliance.

• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and required documentation.

• Identify and resolve on-site issues to support timely project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecom site supervision.

• Experience working on Ericsson projects is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of telecom installation and commissioning.

• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with site safety procedures and reporting.

• Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
