Summary
Oversee daily construction site operations, supervise workers and subcontractors, ensure work quality and safety, and coordinate with project managers to meet schedules.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- To assist the Project Manager or contruction manager in the daily execution of work.
- To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
- Can coordinate and arrange for the foreign worker ( 20-40 worker ) daily work
- Conduct daily toolbox meeting / material order and daily progress report
- To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
- To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
- Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
- Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
- Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
- Attend weekly meeting with main contractor
- Managed daily site safety issues
Requirement
- According the drawing able to issued Bar Bending Schedule
- Based of construction Drawing need to come out from the aluminium formwork
- can accept work on night time and sunday / PH arrange by top management .
- Willing working at Sunshine/ Dusty Environmental at long Working Hours
- At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experiences in Structural / formwork / Rebar will be advantageous.
- Possessed of (BCSS) is mandatory.
- Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
