Site Supervisor

Job Summary

Coordinate and lead daily construction activities to achieve project progress, quality, safety, and budget goals. Manage workers, subcontractors, materials, and equipment while collaborating with consultants and technical teams to resolve onsite issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily construction activities on site to achieve project progress and quality targets
• Ensure all construction work complies with specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations
• Supervise and manage direct workers and subcontractors to complete projects within budget and scheduled timeframes
• Plan and oversee delivery, storage, and use of site materials and equipment to optimize cost-efficiency and availability
• Develop workforce plans for in-house workers to meet project demands and timelines
• Collaborate with consultants, Resident Engineers (RE), Resident Technical Officers (RTO), and in-house technical teams to resolve onsite discrepancies
• Identify potential construction challenges, safety risks, and technical issues proactively to mitigate impact
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager and Directors
