Responsibilities:

• Allocating works to workers and monitoring of workers and resources;
• Ensure that works are carried out efficiently and on schedule
• Ensure compliance to applied safety and quality standards
• Ensure smooth progress of site works
• Maintain site reports, update project records, and assist in contract administration.
• Ensure all works are carried out within time schedule, follow the safety protocols, and maintain the required quality.
• Keep daily site records of manpower, materials usage, and works status.

Requirements:

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Support overtime when required
• Positive, commitment, and “can-do” attitude
• Able to work independently
• Able to work on weekends.
