Communicate ideas and project updates clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms
Manage project schedules by coordinating with relevant parties to ensure timely progress
Lead project teams to manage operations, schedules, and specifications for successful project delivery
Control operational costs to maintain expenditures within approved budgets
Maintain site document filing and records in compliance with ISO standards
Supervise subcontractors to ensure adherence to contract requirements and quality standards
Monitor workplace safety and health compliance throughout project execution
Oversee quality assurance to ensure project deliverables meet all requirements and regulations
Provide leadership and guidance to project management and construction teams
