Site Supervisor
Summary
Oversee on-site construction crews, enforce safety, and keep projects on schedule by inspecting work, resolving issues, and documenting progress.
Job Description:
- Monitoring construction processes, as well as providing training and team-building sessions
- Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections are required
- Ensure that the progress of work is within the schedule
- Attend site meetings
- Providing training for new staff
- Review construction drawings for completeness and accuracy
- Monitor project progress, resolve on-site issues, and adapt to changes in plans or schedules
- Maintain project documentation and prepare comprehensive progress reports
Requirements:
- Experience 8 years of experience in the construction sector
- Must be willing to work on a shift basis (day/night)
- Must be willing to work on Sunday and Public holidays
- Certificate in building construction supervisor safety required
