SITE SUPERVISORS
Roles & Responsibilities
- To supervise subcontractors' work and ensure work is done in accordance with the specification and quality requirements.
- To lead and supervise a team of workers at the assigned site.
- To ensure workers adhere to safety standards and perform responsibly on site and to conduct on-site training for new workers when necessary
- To update and amend site drawings in accordance with actual site progress.
- To attend weekly site meetings and address issues raised during discussions.
- To record daily site attendance and sign off job cards at the end of each day.
- To provide daily updates and prepare reports to the Project Manager.
- To coordinate amongst various stakeholders at worksite to ensure work alignment.
- To inspect materials that are delivered on site to ensure adherence to specifications.
- To supervise workmen to ensure that work is performed safely and on time.
Job Requirements:
· At least 5 years’ supervisor experience in Structure Construction is required
· Good communicative skills, able to communicate with people of all levels (Chinese, Indian & Bangladeshi Workers and management team)
· Must possess Certificates of Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course
