SKILLED HELPER

Checks & loads various RM/ ORM around the clock.
- Prepares rolls to be mounted on his machine
- Prepares pallets and packing material if needed.
- handles the packing, loading/ unloading, weighing and transferring to W.I.P/ finished goods.
- Monitors the machine & product during production.
- Acquires all needed paperwork & materials (documents, parts, tools…) from related sections.
- Disposes of generated waste.
- Assists Team leader, Lead operator and operator upon request.
- Fill the roll / pallet label.
- To report any quality defects to QC, Team Leader, Lead Operator and operator.
- Assist the operator to reach the KPI target.
