What You'll Do:

The Skywalk Market is a resort market and Beaver Run’s convenient one-stop shop for guests, featuring a café and deli, pizza, ice cream, groceries, alcoholic beverages, gifts, and everyday essentials. We proudly craft beverages with Starbucks ingredients and prepare them to Starbucks quality standards. Skywalk Market team members help create a welcoming, high-energy experience for our guests. In this hands-on role, you’ll craft a variety of barista beverages, serve grab-and-go food, process purchases, keep the market stocked and looking its best. You’ll also serve as a go-to resource for guest questions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment—plus, you’ll have the opportunity to earn tips. Full-time and part-time positions are available with flexible scheduling. Position is on site in Breckenridge, CO. Variable schedule including weekends and holidays. Full-time, year-round employees are eligible for the benefits described below. Housing may be available on a first-come, first-served.

Position starts at $18.00 - $19.00 + Tips

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages using Starbucks ingredients and established quality standards.
• Serve grab-and-go food and market items promptly and accurately.
• Perform light food preparation, including preparing pizza, sandwiches and scooping ice cream.
• Accurately process cash, credit card, and other guest transactions using the Point-of-Sale system.
• Answer guest questions, provide resort information, and address concerns professionally.
• Stock and organize market shelves, beverage stations, and displays.
• Maintain clean, inviting, and well-presented storefront and service areas.
• Follow food-handling, sanitation, workplace safety, and emergency procedures.
• Follow all applicable federal, state, and local safety laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and take initiative during busy periods.

What You'll Bring:

• 1+ years cash handling/cashiering experience - preferred
• 1+ years barista experience - preferred
• 1+ years of customer service experience or equivalent experience - preferred
• Proficiency in written and spoken English - required
