Responsibilities:

• Provide professional wellness treatments according to company SOPs.
• Assess customers' needs and recommend suitable therapies and wellness programmes.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and equipment.
• Promote treatment packages, memberships, and wellness products.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional and attentive service.
• Maintain accurate customer treatment records.
• Attend training programmes to enhance treatment skills and product knowledge.
• Comply with all company policies, safety regulations, and professional standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager or Management.
