Slot Floor Supervisor

· Excellent internal/external guest service.

· Accurately pay and/or verify jackpot winnings to guest and complete required written documentation.

· Knowledge of slot machines to clear bill validator jams and maintain operation of ticket dispensers.

· Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, gaming regulations, and company facilities.

· Participates in soft drop/count as needed.

· Protect company assets.
