Slot Performance Shift Supervisor

The Slot Performance Shift Supervisor assists in overseeing the daily technical operations of the Slot Performance department while providing direct supervision and support to Slot Technicians. This position serves as the primary technical lead on shift, ensuring maximum machine uptime, compliance with gaming regulations, efficient departmental operations, and exceptional guest service. The Slot Performance Shift Supervisor performs advanced slot technical duties while assisting with team member training, coaching, scheduling support, inventory control, and operational execution.

• Supervises and provides direction for Slot Technicians during assigned shifts.
• Performs advanced troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, installations, conversions, and reconfigurations of electronic gaming devices.
• Serves as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues that cannot be resolved by Slot Technician I, II, or III team members.
• Assists in coordinating daily workflow, work assignments, and shift priorities to ensure maximum game uptime.
• Monitors slot floor conditions and operational issues to ensure prompt resolution and minimal disruption to guests.
• Supports recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and development of Slot Technician team members.
• Assists leadership with performance management activities, including documenting coaching discussions and productivity observations.
• Provides technical mentorship and guidance to Slot Technician team members to enhance departmental knowledge and performance.
• Conducts quality inspections of repairs, installations, machine conversions, and preventative maintenance activities.
• Assists with inventory management, including maintaining accurate parts inventories, ordering requests, and equipment accountability.
• Coordinates with vendors, Surveillance, Revenue Audit, Information Technology, Facilities, and Gaming Commission representatives as needed.
• Ensures compliance with all gaming regulations, internal controls, company policies, and departmental procedures.
• Reviews slot variances, machine malfunctions, jackpot issues, and other operational concerns to identify root causes and corrective actions
• Assists with planning and execution of slot machine installations, removals, floor moves, game conversions, and other technical projects.
• Maintains accurate maintenance records, repair documentation, and departmental logs.
• Performs duties of Slot Technicians as required.
• Provides courteous and helpful information to guests and resolves guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintains meticulous security of keys, radios, handheld devices, and all assigned equipment.
• Attends all required training and departmental meetings.
• Remains flexible in scheduling based on business needs.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
