General Objective

The Slots Manager oversees the performance, availability, and integrity of all slot machines and Electronic Table Games, ensuring operational readiness, competitive gaming options, and an excellent guest experience. Leads the technical team, supervises maintenance schedules, and enforces strict internal controls and security protocols. Proactively identifies risks related to theft, cheating, money laundering, and regulatory violations, ensuring compliance with applicable casino laws and regulations in the Dominican Republic.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible creating daily checklist systems that observe and correct Slot Machines showing signs of wear, lights out, stuck buttons, broken glass, TITO functionality and Bill Validators not working. Controls the delivery, temporary storage, floor placement, removements and permanent retirement of games as needed.
• Maintains adequate supplies for Team Members to use for maintenance, issues and assigns keys to authorized users and stays alert/up to date of any new or discontinued themes, system enhancements.
• Reliably monitors the floor constantly, compares coin-in volumes and win % compared to forecasts, remains alert to underperforming games, making recommendations for theme, game type, game mix and hold % to maintain new appealing propositions for guests and profitability improvements for the Casino.
• Responsible for training, scheduling, and assigning Team Members to ensure excellence in Guest Service Slot Team Members are knowledgeable of all current marketing promotions, and daily checklists.
• Must possess thorough knowledge of all Internal Controls, all Laws and Regulations governing Casinos in the Dominican Republic with emphasis on Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Funding, Underage Gaming, Responsible Gaming and Know Your Customer. ted gaming advantages, and cheating methods.
• Must possess extensive knowledge of all Marketing programs and promotions.

Requirements

• Relocation to the Dominican Republic is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Security, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree completed
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Specific Knowledge: Must have superior knowledge of all aspects of all active slot manufacturers, models and themes of the individual games' pay tables, odds, and payouts. Thorough knowledge of all associated software, player and financial reports, and maintenance records. Must have the ability to recognize slots outperforming or underperforming slots with recommendations for updated themes or refreshed game locations. Must have extensive knowledge of Electronic Table Games. Sets policies, procedures for game moves.
