SM Service Porter

As a Service Porter at Seattle MINI, you will support the service team by ensuring smooth vehicle movement and a welcoming environment for customers. You will handle vehicles with care, maintain the dealership’s appearance, and provide exceptional service to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist with their vehicle needs.

• Safely move customer vehicles to and from the service area, parking lots, and wash bays.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive and parking areas.

• Perform light vehicle cleaning and preparation as needed.

• Assist with vehicle delivery to customers after service is complete.

• Shuttle customers to / from the dealership, work, or home as needed.

• Monitor and maintain an organized flow of vehicles through the service process.

• Support the service team by retrieving parts, supplies, or tools as required.

• Conduct visual inspections of vehicles for damage and report any findings to the service team.

• Ensure keys are properly stored and accounted for.
