[ What you do as an FAE ]

• Assist customer troubleshooting product related issue.
• Provide solution to customer requirement to help project / account win.
• Work with sales to provide customer project proposal.
• Provide video contents for product or solution.
• Host technical training to customer.
• Test product and simulate customer scenario to duplicate environment to problem analysis.
• Compose product related documents (user manual, installation guide).
• Maintain product and solution database.
