JOB SUMMARY
Works under minimum supervision to provide administrative and operational guidance and direction for department(s) across the organization.
This role will be hybrid, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays being in office. This assignment is an approximately 1-year assignment, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role based on performance.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required
- Education
Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- Experience
3 years progressively responsible, related experience.
Preferred
Experience
5 or more years of experience in related areas.
Experience with ServiceNow.
This role is customer service oriented and experience communicating with executive leadership is a plus.
JOB DUTIES
- The Small Applications Support Analyst within the IR Strategy and Engagement Office documents workflows for approved catalog items and creates knowledge articles for approved small applications.
- The analyst also develops knowledge articles for unapproved applications, leads the inventory of common applications, and helps facilitate approval of standard applications.
- This role serves as a critical link between business stakeholders, Information Resources, and the PPM function by ensuring incoming small application requests are accurately captured, evaluated, inventoried, and routed for appropriate IR provisioning and support.
- The Small Applications Support Analyst supports governance processes by maintaining the idea and demand pipeline for new small applications. They work closely with IR constituents to support onboarding new small business applications.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
