Location: Peru, NY Market
Starting Salary: $66,964.91 to $83,706.13/annually, actual pay will be based on experience.
Status: Need to physically be present in the Peru market, some ability to work from home
The Opportunity - Small Business Relationship Manager
AmeriCU Credit Union is seeking a Small Business Relationship Manager to grow and strengthen relationships with our business members. This role focuses on developing new business, expanding existing relationships, and connecting members with lending, deposit, cash management, and other financial solutions to help their businesses succeed.
What You’ll Do as a Small Business Relationship Manager
Business Development
- Prospect, network, and develop new small business relationships.
- Build referral opportunities through community involvement and Centers of Influence.
- Promote AmeriCU’s business products and services throughout the community.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with existing business members.
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through deposits, cash management, merchant services, lending, insurance, wealth management, and other financial solutions.
- Serve as a trusted resource by understanding member needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
Lending & Partnership
- Gather and evaluate borrower information needed to initiate underwriting requests.
- Maintain strong knowledge of SBA programs, including 7(a) and 504 lending.
- Partner with Financial Center teams through training, mentoring, and joint business development calls.
