Summary
Operate chemical weighing machines in a production line, ensuring output meets quality and safety standards while handling materials and maintaining equipment.
ESH
- Follow the internal ESH work instructions in the daily work
- Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
- Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in
- case of unsafe or polluting hazards
Output
- Skillfully operate machines in MiCaRe production area to have the output which meet production plan per each shift.
- Arrange carrier, e.g. Cassettes, Pallets to handle stock of output.
Quality
- Produce workpieces which meet the quality standard.
- Understand types of defect and realize to avoid making mistake which cause the defect.
People
- Cooperate with HR and superiors to obtain any training or skill development.
Efficiency & Cost
- Utilize given resources worthily.
Diploma in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, production technology or related fields.
0-2 years experience in production and manufacturing process.
