Anticipated Time Commitments:

1. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry:

2. Participating in meetings/training: As requested - Meetings with the Small Group Director, Marketing team, and ministry leaders as required.

Responsibilities/Duties:

1. Develop and execute promotional campaigns for seasonal small group launches, registration periods, and other ministry initiatives.

2. Coordinate the creation and distribution of sign-up links, QR codes, directories, flyers, and other promotional materials.

3. Assist in promoting leadership trainings, appreciation events, informational meetings, and other small group ministry events.

4. Create engaging digital content, including social media graphics, reels, testimonials, and storytelling content that highlights the impact of small groups.

4. Draft and schedule email communications for current leaders, prospective participants, and the broader church body regarding small group opportunities and updates.

5. Maintain and update small group information on the church website, app, and digital registration or attendance forms to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

6. Gather and share testimonies and stories of life change, community support, and spiritual growth from active small groups.

7. Ensure all marketing materials align with the church’s branding, mission, visual identity, and communication standards, receiving Marketing team’s approval prior to sharing any content.

8. Collaborate with ministry leaders, staff, and volunteers to support communication strategies that increase awareness, participation, and engagement in the Small Groups ministry.
