Smart Cabin Device Ecosystem Project Management 座舱智能外设设备生态项目管理

Objective of job
IoT project management is responsible for development of interaction between digital cabin and IoT devices (customer own devices, e.g. child safety seat, aroma diffuser, etc.), defining the strategy and rollout plan for IoT devices with interaction with intelligent cabin, leading cooperation with supplier, driving development process for China market, leading and coordinating the complete lifecycle of function development, aligning and creating transparency among teams and projects, ensure successful product market releases and iteration toward customers

Main tasks include\:

• Collaborate with different stakeholders, acting as the interface between different projects and providing necessary development project information and technical consultancy for relevant stakeholders
• Track industry trend, define and conduct cross functional product strategy/concept for IoT related customer experience
• Supplier Management\: evaluate local suppliers' development status and engineering capabilities, supporting the purchasing/quality departments in supplier nomination and development, steering supplier development status, identify and manage risks accordingly】
• Own the defined product development system and tools and provide the transparency to all stakeholders.
• Drive continuously the development of the system and processes, to ensure the high requirement of project mgmt., and efficiency
• Coordinating development of the tools and system, if IT or 3rd part shall be involved to develop it.
• Act as the interface of RD China, providing support for global plants during the project ramp-up phase, and coordinating global and local resources to analyze and solve system-level malfunctions
• Support surrounding processes (demand management, test management, legal evaluation) to cover the complete lifecycle of delivering a “China-fit” product
