Smart Device QA Engineer (工作地點：信義 / 新店)

Job Description

1. Test Execution & Verification

• Conduct end-to-end (E2E) sanity and regression testing for Smart Home device.
• Execute Android certification suites, including CTS, GTS, VTS, and STS.
• Perform software verification for development programs.
• Validate device-dependent functionalities and connectivity standards, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Internationalization (i18n).

2. Defect Management & Reporting

• Compile and present comprehensive test result summaries.
• Manage the full defect lifecycle: issue reporting, tracking, and triage.
• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing on resolved issues.

3. Documentation & Strategy

• Develop and maintain test strategy documentation and project artifacts.
• Design, author, and maintain detailed test cases.
• Organize and archive project-specific documentation for audit and reference.

Requirements

• 1+ Year of QA testing experience in smart devices, smart phones or other electronic devices
• 50-100 manual tests per day in previous job
• Ability to create test plan/test case
• Ability to use ADB command for log capturing, familiar with Linux
• Well domain knowledge of smoking/sanity/regression tests
• Familiar with reporting bugs (using bug tracking system like Jira/etc...)
• Familiar with Linux shell commands (at least need to be comfortable to run shell commands on Linux console according to the documentation).
