What You’ll Do
- Present smart home products and solutions during showroom consultations and project meetings.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents with support from designers and technical teams.
- Follow up proactively to close sales and build lasting client relationships.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage sales activities from enquiry to handover, maintaining accurate records and reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Polytechnic or Higher Nitec graduates.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work on weekends with rest days on weekdays.
