Description

🏠 Your Mentor Has 3 Years of Experience. You Have ZERO. 😂

Think you can beat their sales record in 2 months?

That's the challenge we give our new trainees at Maximus Organisation!

We're a face-to-face sales and marketing agency representing home solutions brands in Singapore.

And we're looking for a few new faces who want to learn sales from scratch!

WHAT'S THE JOB?

You'll introduce smart home products such as fans, lighting and kitchen appliances to customers through retail and residential sales campaigns.

Not just handing out flyers. You'll learn how to engage homeowners, identify needs, recommend suitable solutions and close sales.

YOUR FIRST 3 WEEKS

Week 1 — Talk to Anyone!

Learn how to approach different customers. Your mentor will be beside you, giving live feedback during real conversations.

Week 2 — Get Hands-On!

See, touch and experience the products you're selling. Understand how they work and why customers buy them.

Week 3 — Start Closing!

Take on more customer conversations, present solutions and work towards your own sales.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Weekly performance-based payouts

  • Personal 1-on-1 mentorship

  • Practical sales and product training

  • Communication and negotiation skills

  • Fun team culture and friendly competition

  • Potential progression into training and leadership

WHO WE WANT

Someone who's coachable, positive, reliable and a little competitive.

Fresh graduates? Welcome.

Career switchers? Absolutely.

Never done sales before? Even better!

The challenge?

Learn from your mentor. Improve your skills. Then see if you can beat their numbers!

Friendly challenge, not a guaranteed outcome.
