Your Contribution to Something Big
- Support the team in quality activities related to series production
- Assist in product quality coordination (e.g., audits and quality processes)
- Work closely with production and cross-functional teams
- Take part in quality improvement activities within ongoing projects
- Support the use of quality tools (e.g., 8D, FMEA, Control Plan)
- Assist the team in analyzing quality issues and identifying improvement opportunities
What Distinguishes You
- 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or postgraduate student in Materials Science, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Physics Engineering
- Basic analytical thinking and problem-solving skills (statistical knowledge is a plus)
- Familiarity with software tools (e.g., Power BI) is an asset
- Interest in quality methods (e.g., 8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, IATF)
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Eager to learn, curious, and motivated to improve processes
