Smartphone SoC System Architect

1. Lead or support SoC architecture design, modeling, and technical feasibility studies across specific domains, including cellular modem, connectivity (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/GNSS/UWB), performance, and power.
2. Lead or support SoC architecture development for smartphone, thin-modem, CPE/telematics, and gateway products, focusing on system performance and power considerations based on product requirements.
3. Lead or support technical feasibility studies of product requirements and collaborate with domain architects and product marketing teams to develop competitive product specifications.

Core Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 4+ years of experience in SoC system, platform, or subsystem architecture design.
3. Proven experience in semiconductor product development with successful mass production (MP) experience.
4. Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional and multi-site environments.
5. Experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Cellular modem, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/GNSS/UWB, or wireless coexistence architecture
• Camera, image processing, or multimedia architecture
• CPU/GPU/NPU/AI computing architecture
• SoC platform architecture, including memory fabric and power systems

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge of smartphone, thin-modem, CPE/telematics, or gateway system architecture.
• Experience leading subsystem or SoC architecture development from concept to mass production.
