Responsibilities:

• Analyzes business processes, stakeholder requirements, operational data, and mission needs to support the development and sustainment of ANG CDAO data products, business intelligence solutions, and enterprise applications
• Works directly with Government stakeholders to define requirements, validate business rules, develop acceptance criteria, and ensure delivered solutions align with operational objectives
• Performs data analysis, report validation, testing, user acceptance support, trend analysis, and performance assessment to improve decision-making and mission effectiveness
• Develops training materials, user guides, documentation, and instructional content while providing stakeholder support and knowledge transfer activities for CDAO systems and capabilities
• Supports Business Intelligence Products, Power Platform Development, and Stakeholder Support, AI/Analytics, and Training by translating operational requirements into actionable technical solutions and measurable outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of experience supporting the development and sustainment of data products, business intelligence solutions, and enterprise applications
• Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems
• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations
• May analyze or recommend commercially available software
• Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments
• Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives
• Has domain and expert technical knowledge
• Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met
  • Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management
  • Decision making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation
• May supervise others
• Security+ certification
• An Active Security clearance is required
