SME Winston AI - India

We're looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Winston AI to join our organization in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will serve as a technical authority and strategic advisor on Winston AI solutions, providing expert guidance to cross-functional teams and driving the successful implementation and optimization of AI initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to mentor and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Provide expert technical guidance and consultation on Winston AI platform capabilities, implementation strategies, and best practices
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective AI/ML solutions using Winston AI tools and frameworks
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles for internal teams
• Mentor and support technical teams in adopting Winston AI best practices, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency across projects
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and Winston AI platform updates, evaluating their applicability to organizational needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders including product teams, engineers, and business leaders to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement
• Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for platform customization and enhancement
• Participate in design reviews and architecture discussions to ensure technical excellence and alignment with organizational standards
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members on Winston AI tools and methodologies

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience with Winston AI platform or equivalent advanced AI/ML technologies
• Deep technical expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science concepts and applications
• Proven experience implementing and deploying enterprise-level AI solutions in production environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex technical challenges
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and AI algorithm evaluation
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience with programming languages commonly used in AI/ML development (Python, R, Java, or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide technical teams, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple technical initiatives
• Experience with enterprise software platforms and integration methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI/ML deployment infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of industry-specific AI applications and use cases
• Project management experience with ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Preferred: Certifications in AI/ML or Winston AI platform specialization
