SMEs Senior Relationship Manager

The Function Purpose

Provide businesses of various sizes with tailored corporate banking services and financial solutions, manage, and grow a portfolio of enterprise businesses.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Corporate Relationships by extending capital, developing robust multi-product account plans, and delivering banking solutions.
• Drive portfolio growth and identify new business opportunities, cross-sell products, and expand relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and profitability.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of banking products, including lending solutions, treasury services, and trade finance products, to meet clients’ needs and market demands.
• Ensure achievement of pre-set targets / objectives, including business growth and expansion.
• Review / analyze the Corporate Banking Department management accounts (comprising the balance sheet, income statement along with the budgeted figures).
• Maintain continuous compliance of the policies / procedures with prevailing practices / regulations (Central Bank and/or other governing authorities).
• Manage, control, and monitor the corporate Banking risk profile and portfolio quality in line with the expectations of Credit/risk Committees.
• Responsible for overseeing the overall action plans for addressing control weaknesses or compliance issues noted by the Internal Audit Department, external auditors, or the Compliance function.
• Manage the development and subsequent implementation of best practices across all activities / operations.
• Work closely with other departments, such as credit review, treasury, risk, and compliance, to ensure seamless execution of corporate banking solutions and effective problem resolution.

Background

• Bachelor’s degree.
• (5+) years of relevant experience for Managers.
