SMO Manager Snr

Responsibilities

• Manage staff in accordance with organization's policies and applicable regulations,

including without limitation: planning, assigning, and directing work; managing

performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and disciplining

employees; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems; acting as a

coach and mentor for subordinates as they develop in their role.

• Perform lead role on CRC people management, work oversight and regional team

management.

• Based on project requirements, assist CRC for their monthly, quarterly and annual work plan; support and coordinate within team for project deliver.

• Responsible for project quality, progress, resource assignment and management.

• Responsible for Site relationship built and maintenance.

• Responsible for team building, talent pool reserve, and resource assignment, training and assessment.

• Coordinate and resolve internal team problems.

• Lead regional CRC and PM team. Provide project training, organize team meeting,

provide on-site and TC support. Work closely with sponsor.

• Responsible for project quality, progress, resource assignment and management.

• Perform the tasks assigned by line manager.

Experience and Qualifications

• College above, graduated in Medicine, Nursing, and Pharmacology related departments graduation.

• Provided with knowledge of GCP.

• Excellent Leadership ability, rich training experience and support skills.

• Excellent conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective time management skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities.

• Ability to complete tasks independently, find resources, solve problems and work in a

team.
