SMS/DM Appointment Setter

We are looking for a proactive, persuasive, and organized SMS/DM Appointment Setter to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients through text messages and social media direct messages, build rapport, identify interested prospects, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming SMS messages and social media DMs promptly.
- Reach out to potential clients through text-based outreach.
- Engage prospects in natural and professional conversations.
- Identify and qualify potential leads based on established criteria.
- Schedule appointments for qualified prospects.
- Follow up with leads who have not responded or are not yet ready.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and appointment details.
- Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications:
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales is preferred.
- Comfortable handling conversations through SMS and social media platforms.
- Persuasive and confident in engaging potential clients.
- Able to handle objections and follow up consistently.
- Organized, reliable, and results-driven.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work full-time following the EST time zone.

Compensation:
- Base Pay: $1 per hour.
- Commission: $5 per successful appointment.
