SMT Production Supervisor

• Monitor production progress for EPR work orders and coordinate manpower, equipment, and other production resources to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Reduce FQC and IPQC loss rates by strengthening SOP implementation, minimizing operational errors, improving management tools and production design, and reducing the likelihood of employee mistakes and turnover.
  
• Monitor and control production scrap rates.
  
• Identify and address audit findings while ensuring production activities meet customer requirements.
  
• Coordinate effectively with relevant departments to maintain stable and efficient production operations.
  
• Follow up on and close abnormal production orders, ensuring that production-line exceptions are handled completely and in a timely manner.
  
• Develop training plans for frontline employees, including multi-skilled workforce development and experience transfer.
  
• Conduct daily production-line inspections and audits, verify line-change activities, identify SOP-related issues, and continuously improve production processes and line operations.
