SN LPN Team Leader

• Day Shift: 5:30am - 1:45pm
• Evening Shift: 1:30pm - 9:45pm
• Night Shift: 9:30pm - 5:30am

Job Summary: Oversee nursing activities and assignments; organize and assign responsibilities based on resident population, staff qualifications, and physical structure. Oversee and monitor aides in resident care based on job requirements and resident expectations. Regularly check on residents, administer medications, provide treatments, consult with physicians, and respond to emergencies. Ensure care and services meet all regulatory requirements.
