We are seeking an accomplished and highly skilled Snowflake Solution Architect. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in designing and implementing Snowflake-based cloud data platforms that are scalable, secure, and business-aligned. This individual will play a pivotal role in guiding enterprise clients through their data platform modernisation journey, leveraging Snowflake’s capabilities to enable data democratisation, advanced analytics, and AI-driven insights.
As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with client partners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define Snowflake strategies, design robust architectures, and implement best practices. You will thrive in a fast-evolving technology environment, continuously expanding your knowledge to ensure NTT DATA and our clients remain at the forefront of data innovation.

What you'll be doing

• Client Engagement & Delivery: Lead client interactions to understand needs, define outcomes, and ensure high‑quality delivery across all engagements
• Solution Design & Implementation: Architect and implement scalable data solutions aligned with client objectives and industry best practices
• Migration & Modernisation: Drive end‑to‑end data migration and modernisation initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions to modern platforms and technologies
• Thought Leadership & Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to internal and external thought leadership through best‑practice development, mentoring, and knowledge dissemination
• Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with cross‑functional teams to guide project execution, support team development, and foster a collaborative working environment
• Business Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support long‑term strategic partnerships
• Key Stakeholder Relationships: Engage with senior client stakeholders to align on strategy, delivery expectations, and value creation
• Practice Leaders & Team Members: Collaborate closely with practice leadership and internal teams to support capability growth and project success
• Client-Side Technical Leadership: Develop peer‑level relationships within client organisations

What you'll bring along

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field; Snowflake certification(s) strongly desirable
• Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in data architecture, engineering, or consulting roles, with at least 3+ years in Snowflake solution architecture
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing Snowflake architectures for enterprise clients
• Strong consulting values with the ability to interface effectively with senior stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, and BI/analytics tools
• Experience leading data modernisation initiatives across multiple sectors (e.g., banking, insurance, telecom, public sector, manufacturing, retail)
• Extensive experience with Snowflake features (e.g., data sharing, Snowpark, zero-copy cloning, performance tuning)
• Proficiency in cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform)
• Strong background in databases, data warehouses, and distributed processing frameworks
• Familiarity with BI and data exploration tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Talend)
• Experience with data security, governance, and compliance frameworks
• Expertise in large-scale ETL/ELT pipeline implementation using custom and packaged tools
• Ideally SnowPro Core certification or above
• Deep understanding of the data lifecycle (ingestion, storage, processing, governance, consumption)
• Ability to link business objectives with technology strategy and execution
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
