- Experience with CI/CD, GitLab and Docker
- Experience with Ansible and deployment processes
- Strong SQL and relational database experience
- Experience with APIs, debugging and code reviews
- Experience mentoring developers
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools
- Python / Django / Django REST Framework
- Vue / JavaScript / TypeScript
- PostgreSQL
- Linux, Redis and Celery
- GIS / PostGIS or SaaS experience
- Develop and maintain front-end and back-end applications
- Build and maintain automated tests and regression testing
- Improve software quality and release readiness
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployments
- Troubleshoot technical and production issues
- Conduct code reviews and reduce technical debt
- Mentor developers and improve engineering practices
