Your mission primary is to review and analyze the existing GRC platform configuration, perform reverse engineering of current implementations, and establish a scalable architecture framework for the organization's GRC ecosystem. This involves both hands-on configuration of the application and designing the underlying data architecture. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for building efficient systems and a talent for bridging the gap between business needs and IT capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Configuration

Take ownership of configuring and customizing a central, low-code enterprise application to meet diverse business needs.

Develop and implement dashboards, reports, and workflows to provide critical insights to business stakeholders.

Act as the primary technical point of contact for all platform-related configuration and enhancement requests.

Data & System Architecture

Design and implement a scalable data architecture that fosters speed, efficiency, and long-term maintainability.

Develop and govern data models and integration points to ensure data integrity and a seamless user experience.

Ensure the platform's architecture aligns with Bosch's IT standards for security, performance, and governance.

Collaboration & Enablement

Collaborate closely with business units to understand their processes and translate their needs into effective technical solutions.

Provide expert guidance and support to business users, empowering them to leverage the platform effectively.

Serve as the internal subject matter expert, sharing knowledge and driving the successful adoption of the platform.

Continuous Improvement

Proactively identify opportunities to optimize the platform's performance, usability, and feature set.

Stay current with modern application management and data architecture trends to ensure our solution remains best-in-class.

Lead initiatives to enhance the platform and drive a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Educational qualification:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and API management.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

  • Experience working in an agile or DevOps environment.

Mandatory/requires Skills:

  • Proven experience in administering, configuring, or architecting enterprise-level software applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, BI, GRC, or other low-code/no-code platforms).

  • Strong background in data architecture, data modeling, or database design principles. You should be comfortable designing systems that are both efficient and scalable.

  • A demonstrated ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements and system designs.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous eye for detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across Bosch.

  • A strong aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies and quickly become a subject matter expert.
