In this role, you won't just run ads; you will shape the digital presence of international clients. You will turn complex campaign performance data into clear, strategic insights that help businesses scale, test, and diversify their media spend.
Whether it is refining campaign structures, introducing smarter workflows via tooling and automation, or identifying fresh platform opportunities, you know how to bridge the gap between insight and execution. You will work alongside top-tier specialists across AI, Data, Creative, SEA, and Programmatic to build highly effective, full-funnel marketing strategies. Who You Are: - You are a Paid Social Specialist with at least two years of dedicated experience under your belt. - Meta Ads Manager holds no secrets for you, and you have proven experience with at least one other platform like LinkedIn, TikTok, or Pinterest. - You are data-driven, comfortable with A/B testing and lift studies, and always think in terms of incrementality. - You are a structured worker who enjoys collaborating with cross-channel specialists. - You speak near-native or C1 Dutch and have excellent English communication skills (C1 preferred).
