Manage the organization's CSR Outsourcing projects
Manage partnership and volunteering activities for the organization's national transformational projects for poverty reduction
Research and analyze organization's CSR programmes, host community needs and other stakeholders to identify needs, align interests and determine project direction and goals
Design and oversee programme to meet the needs of the target audience or community
Establish methods to gather information about the impact of their programmes
Supervise volunteers and other social workers who provide services to clients and communities to ensure that programmes are of appropriate quality and resources are used effectively
Analyze data to determine the effectiveness of programmes
Plan and manage community outreach efforts to advocate for increased awareness of programmes
Develop publications, grant applications and reports through collaborative writing and editing
Manage and coordinate programmatic meetings including managing logistical contractors and consultants
Establish and maintain relationships with other agencies, stakeholders and organizations (including government and media agencies) for proper engagement

Bachelor's degree

5 years experience in a related field especially in community engagement
