Social Management & Community Development Manager

  • Develop and implement community development and CSR strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, government agencies, NGOs, and other external stakeholders.
  • Conduct community needs assessments and social mapping to identify priority programs.
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate community development initiatives and measure their social impact.
  • Manage community engagement activities to foster positive relationships and address community concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies related to social and community development.
  • Prepare reports, budgets, and program documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability and social initiatives into business operations.
  • Manage external partners, consultants, and vendors involved in community development programs.


Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor Degree (preferably Master's Degree) in Psychology, Social, or Government.
  • At least have 5 years of working experience as Head of Security and CSR/ESR.
  • Proven track record in managing security and CSR execution in similar industry or in mining and international company.
  • In-depth knowledge of security regulations, EHS standards, and industrial access control systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Placement: Subang, West Java.
