About You

You will be an experienced, creative and strategic thinker, with at least 2 years of experience in the Social Media Advertising (SMA) space.

You will need demonstrable results and most importantly - tenacity. With knowledge of SMA and its application across all social media platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram & YouTube.
It’s important that you can work both independently and as part of a team to manage a wide range of tasks. Although their team is always on hand to help and collaborate, they will be looking for a self-starter with great initiative and strong research qualities, that is able to use their initiative.

You will be ambitious, driven to succeed, and a desire to be the best in the industry.

You will also be working with the team to collaborate on existing and new brands/businesses. You will bring your strategic/creative thinking to the table that will allow us to achieve the best results we can for our clients! Furthermore you will:

You should have expertise in the following:

· Great marketing principles

· Strong communication skills

· Knowledge of Facebook Advertising (and Google Adwords/LinkedIn Ads, if possible).

· Good competency of social media platforms.

· Eagerness to learn

WHAT IS INVOLVED DAY-TO-DAY:

· Digital strategy for brands

· Client communication

· Creating and testing advertisements

· Finding new ways to innovate/optimise existing campaigns

· Account management

· Learning and personal development

· Data analysis and optimisation

· Creating reports for clients
