For
one of our international Clients, we are looking for an SOCIAL MEDIA AND COMMUNITY
ANALYST.
Main scope: The
successful candidate will promote, manage, monitor data and elaborate data
of our Client's HR Social Global Community. S/he also help to implement new
strategies to increase the reach and engagement.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Manage
our Client's HR Social Global Community.
Monitor
users’ access and behaviour once logged in into the platform.
Elaborate
data .
Create
impactful date analysis and reporting in
line with the audience segments to achieve company's objectives.
Bug
reporting.
Ensure
all content is optimised for search engines and SEO.
Drive
traffic to increase visibility.
Create
weekly and monthly report on quantitative and qualitative data on the
communication activities, monitoring the return of investments.
Manage
social media to promote sales initiatives and interaction with the target
audience.
Oversee
engagement monitoring and tracking analytics.
Keep
the social media policy relevant and updated.
Maintain
web presence in line with International and Regional requirements as set by the
Company and review competitor benchmarks.
Requirements
Excellent
knowledge of the English language.
Experience
using social media platforms like, but not limited to, Facebook Analytics.
Professional
experience with data analysis from social media channels such as, but not
limited to, LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Tumblr,
Pinterest, TikTok
Excellent time
management skills and ability to multitasking
Well-developed
organisational skills
Attention
to detail.
Understanding
of social distribution and analytics.
Open
to working in a collaborative way with internal stakeholders and to
sharing ideas, accepting constructive feedback to benefit
efficient communication.
English
outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Good
knowledge of the Italian language is a plus.
