Social Media and Content Associate

In this role, you'll help launch and shape how Judo shows up in the world by creating engaging, platform-native content that builds our brand, grows our social channels, and brings our challenger mindset to life. Working closely with the Head of Content Management and a hands-on marketing team, you'll turn ideas into content people actually want to stop, watch, share and talk about.

• Help build and grow Judo's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and emerging social channels
• Create engaging content including short-form video, social copy, stories, interviews and behind-the-scenes content
• Work with bankers, customers and internal stakeholders to identify and capture compelling stories
• Contribute fresh ideas that challenge traditional financial services content
• Monitor trends, audience behaviour and social conversations to identify opportunities
• Track content performance and use insights to continuously improve results
• Support a consistent pipeline of high quality content that reflects Judo's brand and values.

You'll likely bring:

• 2-4 years' experience in content creation, social media, marketing or a related field
• Strong content creation skills with experience across social media platforms, particularly short-form video
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to create clear, engaging and human content
• Strong relationship-building skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and move quickly from idea to execution
• A curious, proactive mindset with a passion for storytelling and content that gets no
