Description
- We’re excited to be looking for a Social Media Manager to help supercharge Clue’s organic social presence and make social a more powerful discovery channel for the brand
- This is a hands-on role at the intersection of social strategy, creativity, culture and execution. You’ll own the development of our organic social channels, particularly TikTok and Instagram, creating content that is distinctive, culturally relevant and drives reach, engagement and discovery
- You’ll turn our broader content strategy into a social-first approach — understanding our audiences, staying close to culture and platform behaviours, and creating content people want to watch, share and engage with. You’ll also help shape how Clue shows up in conversations around women’s health, bringing our mission to life in ways that feel relevant, accessible and culturally meaningful
- A key part of the role will be creator and UGC consultant. You’ll work closely with UA, agencies and brand ambassadors to brief and sign off creator content, ensuring it feels authentic to the platform while remaining unmistakably Clue
- Own and grow Clue’s organic social presence, developing a distinctive social approach across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms, while acting as brand sign-off for paid creator and UGC activity.
- Own the day-to-day organic social strategy, with a focus on discovery, engagement and audience growth
- Develop distinctive, social-first content and recurring formats that bring Clue’s brand, mission and expertise in women’s health to life
- Stay close to platform trends, audience behaviours, creators and cultural conversations, identifying opportunities for Clue to shape and participate in the future of women’s health
- Use performance data and audience insight to test, learn and scale what works
- Work closely with Brand, Creative and PR to ensure social is integrated into campaigns and content planning from the outset
- Work closely with Brand to ensure Social is integrated into always-on organic marketing and leverages Brand, Science and Product content while retaining a distinct, social-native point of view
- Be the social expert in wider company forums: report progress against strategy and add platform insights to wider strategic discussions
- Work with UA, agencies and creators in Clue’s creator programme to brief, develop and sign off content
- Create briefs that balance Clue’s objectives and brand standards with the creative freedom needed for authentic, platform-native content
- Build understanding of which creators, formats and narratives perform best, feeding these learnings into our wider social strategy
- Own the social content calendar and ensure a consistent pipeline of relevant, high-quality content
- Use performance insight to continuously improve our approach, testing new ideas and scaling what works
- Success will mean social becomes a stronger discovery channel for Clue, with meaningful growth in reach, engagement and audience across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms
- A consistent posting schedule
- Increase in reach and sharing on TikTok and Instagram
- Growth of social media-acquired users in the ‘how did you hear about us’ survey
- We will have a distinctive, social-first presence that makes complex topics in women’s health accessible, culturally relevant and worth talking about — helping Clue build authority and trust
- Proven, repeatable content concepts
- Defined Women’s Health territories leveraging our spokespeople
- Growth in engagement
- We will have an integrated content ecosystem across Social Media, PR, Web, App, ASO and CRM where content is distributed for maximum engagement
- Campaign amplification
- Strategically allocated Product/Brand/Science content
- We will also have a properly resourced creator and UGC engine, with a clear understanding of which creators, formats and creative approaches drive performance
- On-brand creators and content
- Feedback loop from paid team to inform future briefs
- Contract: 2 year fixed term, full time. Renewable to unlimited
