  • Manage community engagement, responding to comments, messages and mentions.
  • Identify relevant trends, creators and opportunities to grow our social presence organically.
  • Support influencer visits, collaborations and content partnerships.

Marketing & Campaign Coordination

  • Assist the Group Head of Marketing with the planning and delivery of day-to-day marketing activity across the portfolio.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, launches, events and partnerships.
  • Support the creation and delivery of marketing materials, including menus, flyers, email campaigns and digital assets.
  • Assist with email marketing and CRM activity, including campaign scheduling and database communications.
  • Update and maintain venue websites, including uploading menus, events, offers, imagery and general content.

Reporting & Administration

  • Monitor social media performance, tracking reach, engagement and audience growth.
  • Assist with regular marketing reports and campaign performance analysis.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, schedules and content libraries.
  • Support the coordination of photoshoots, events and wider marketing projects.

About You

  • Previous experience in a marketing, social media or content role, ideally within hospitality, restaurants, bars or lifestyle brands.
  • A genuine passion for food, drink, hospitality and culture.
  • Confident creating and editing social content, particularly short-form video for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and content best practice.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a good eye for detail and brand tone of voice
  • Organised and able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities.
  • Creative, proactive and full of ideas, with a willingness to get hands-on.
  • Comfortable using content creation and editing tools such as Canva and CapCut.
  • Experience with website CMS platforms, email marketing and social scheduling tools would be a plus.

The Opportunity

  • Work across a diverse and growing portfolio of London hospitality brands.
  • Gain exposure to all areas of marketing, from social media and content to campaigns, partnerships and events.
  • Work closely with the Group Head of Marketing and individual venue teams
  • Have the opportunity to develop creatively and take ownership of projects.
  • Be part of an ambitious hospitality group with exciting new openings and collaborations ahead.

What We Offer
