Social Media Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s social media accounts and online presence.
• Create engaging graphics, captions, and short-form videos.
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
• Design promotional materials using Canva or other creative tools.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and engage with online communities.
• Monitor trends, track social media performance, and prepare reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media analytics.
• Strong communication, creativity, organisation, and time-management skills.
