Role Overview

This role is ideal for an individual who understands the beauty, luxury lifestyle and coaching industries.
You will be responsible for growing the brand's digital presence, building an engaged community, creating impactful content strategies, increasing audience engagement, driving paid bookings, and driving the brand’s online visibility and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the brand’s social media platforms.
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with the brand vision.
Plan, create and publish high-quality content consistently.
Create content strategies that increase visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Build and nurture an engaged online community through meaningful interactions.
Manage Instagram Ads and TikTok Ad campaigns to improve reach and conversions.
Research audience behaviour, psychology, and consumer trends to improve content performance.
Identify and manage influencer, creator, and brand partnership opportunities.
Coordinate UGC campaigns and collaborations
Monitor analytics and optimize content strategies based on performance.
Stay updated with trends in beauty, luxury lifestyle, business, coaching, and personal branding.
Research and recommend relevant podcasts, speaking opportunities, conferences, and networking events that increase brand visibility.

Requirements

1-2 years’ experience managing and growing social media accounts or personal brands.
Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok growth strategies.
Good knowledge of Instagram Ads and TikTok Ads.
Excellent content planning, storytelling, and branding skills.
Strong community management and influencer marketing experience.
Ability to analyze performance data and make strategic improvements.
Creative, organized, proactive, and results-driven.
